Fertilising:
Begin feeding one week after transplant with 150 ppm nitrogen once per week when grown under cover. Maintain EC 1.5 and pH 5.6–5.8. Alternate between acidic and basic fertilisers to maintain balance.

• For autumn flowering, grow on in small pots or grower trays for ~4 weeks before final planting.
• For spring flowering, plants started from autumn sowings should be overwintered outdoors in trays or pots to harden naturally before early spring planting.
