Return & Refund Policy – Therapy of Flowers

1. Right to return (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days from delivery by email at:

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused and in the same condition as received
• in their original, unopened packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

We sell seeds and horticultural products that are sensitive to storage conditions such as humidity, temperature, light, and handling. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse returns if items have been opened, used, sown, damaged, or improperly stored after delivery.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• opened seed packets
• seeds that have been used or sown
• items damaged after delivery due to improper storage
• custom or special-order products
• gift cards

Sale items are only returnable where required by applicable EU consumer protection law.

4. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled until the order has been fulfilled.

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, please follow the return procedure described below.

5. How to request a return

Please include:

• order number
• full name
• item(s) you wish to return
• reason for return
• photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable consumer law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

8. Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• the item is defective
• the item is damaged
• you received the wrong product

Please include photos so we can assess the issue.

If confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

• replacement
• refund
• or another suitable resolution

9. Seed germination and performance

Seed germination and plant performance depend on factors outside our control, including sowing method, temperature, moisture, light, soil conditions, storage, and timing.

If you believe there is a quality issue with seeds, please contact us with:

• order number
• product name
• sowing details

Each case is reviewed individually and appropriate solutions may be offered at our discretion where justified.

10. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method without undue delay.

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules, refunds are generally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.

11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order.
