Planting Guide
Pre-soak corms for approximately 1–2 hours before planting. Plant with claws facing downward at approximately 5 cm depth and allow 15–20 cm spacing between plants.
Mild climates: Plant in autumn for earlier spring flowering.
Cooler climates: Plant in late winter or early spring.
Ranunculus perform best in fertile, free-draining soil and dislike prolonged wet conditions, especially during dormancy. Raised beds and containers often provide ideal growing conditions.
Harvesting & Vase Life
For the longest vase life, harvest stems when flower buds become soft and slightly open — commonly called the “marshmallow stage.” Flowers harvested at this stage typically last 7–12 days in the vase.
Regular harvesting encourages additional flowering and keeps plants productive throughout the season.
Perfect for flower farmers, florists and gardeners looking to grow premium French ranunculus with romantic warm pastel blooms and exceptional cut-flower quality.
Shipping Information
Ranunculus corms will be shipped from September.
