Saponaria vaccaria White Beauty | Cowcockle

Soft, airy and effortlessly romantic — Saponaria vaccaria ‘White Beauty’, also known as Cowcockle or Soapwort, is one of those timeless flowers that deserves a place in every cutting garden.

This easy-to-grow hardy annual produces elegant sprays of miniature dusty pink blooms that seem to float above attractive blue-green foliage. Delicate in appearance yet surprisingly sturdy, it flowers quickly and provides abundant stems perfect for bouquet work. Compared with annual gypsophila, Saponaria develops stronger, taller stems that are easier to harvest and arrange.

A true one-hit wonder, this variety grows rapidly and rewards with masses of soft pink flowers in just 55–70 days. Beautiful planted in drifts, cottage gardens, and especially valued as an airy floral filler for hand-tied bouquets and natural arrangements.
