If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exception applies under applicable consumer protection law.

By submitting this request, you confirm that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Once we receive your request, we will send confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

Please do not return products before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Some products may not be eligible for withdrawal or return, including:

• opened seed packets
• products stored improperly after delivery
• custom-made products
• perishable horticultural products where applicable under law
