  • Keep at 15–20°C for approximately 14 days for germination.
  • Once germinated, reduce temperature to 15°C. Transplant clumps of seedlings into 1L pots and grow on.
  • Plant outdoors in summer.
• Direct Sowing:
  • Sow seeds directly from March into prepared soil.
  • Drill 30mm deep, spaced in rows 75cm apart.
  • Germination takes 7–21 days. Thin seedlings to 30cm spacing.

• Light: Thrives in full sun.
• Fertilising: Apply fertiliser once in summer for optimal flower display, but avoid over-fertilising, which encourages excessive leaf growth at the expense of flowers.
