La variété Calamintha nepeta 'Marvelettes' forme un joli coussin de 30 cm de hauteur, composé de feuilles gris-vert au parfum frais de menthe et couvert de petites fleurs bleu violacé de juillet à septembre.

Cette série est particulièrement appréciée pour sa floraison dès la première année, environ 12 semaines après un semis de printemps, ainsi que pour sa grande rusticité. Très mellifère, elle attire de nombreuses abeilles, papillons et autres pollinisateurs, ce qui en fait une excellente plante pour les jardins naturels et écologiques.

Facile à cultiver, résistante au froid et idéale en bordures, massifs bas, rocailles, jardins d’aromatiques ou pots, elle apporte fraîcheur, légèreté et parfum tout au long de l’été.
