Verbena Seed Collection | Verbena bonariensis & Verbena officinalis

This Verbena Seed Collection brings together two beautiful and useful species: Verbena bonariensis and Verbena officinalis. Both plants are loved for their delicate, airy flowers, long flowering season, and pollinator-friendly nature, making them excellent additions to cottage gardens, naturalistic plantings, and wildflower areas.

These elegant plants produce clusters of small flowers held on tall, slender stems that sway gracefully in the breeze. Their open, light structure allows them to blend beautifully with other perennials and summer flowers while still attracting bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects.

Verbena bonariensis | Purple Vervain

A tall and elegant ornamental verbena producing clouds of small purple flowers on slender stems that can reach 100–150 cm in height. Perfect for creating movement and height in borders and naturalistic planting schemes. A favourite of pollinators and a classic in modern garden design.

Verbena officinalis | Vervain

A traditional medicinal and herbal plant with delicate spikes of small lavender-purple flowers. Known historically as a sacred and healing herb, Verbena officinalis is valued both for its natural beauty and its role in wildlife-friendly gardens.
