General info.

Local shipments (Baltic States).

We currently provide 2 delivery options for local orders (Baltic States).

  • OMNIVA - All local orders will have the option to select OMNIVA shipping method during checkout. If you choose OMNIVA shipping method - don't forget to add your phone number when filling shipping information. Note that you will have to select the location of OMNIVA parcel machine after your payment has been processed. So make sure that you do not close your browser's tab before selecting OMNIVA parcel machine's location.
  • POSTAL - All local orders will have the option to select POSTAL shipping method during checkout. When selecting POSTAL shipping method, your order will be delivered to your nearest Postal Office.

Shipping locally (LATVIA, ESTONIA, LITHUANIA).
LATVIA (LV):
OMNIVA Parcel terminals: 3.65 EUR. POSTAL: 3.00 EUR, (3 days).
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail. 

ESTONIA (EE):
OMNIVA Parcel terminals: 7.00 EUR. POSTAL: 5.00 EUR, (5 days).
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail. 

LITHUANIA (LT):
OMNIVA Parcel terminals: 7.00 EUR. POSTAL: 5.00 EUR, (5 days).
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail. 


Shipping in rest of EUROPEAN UNION. 


EUROPEAN UNION (EU):
POSTAL: 6.85 EUR, (7-15 days).
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.



Rest of the Europe. 

We currently provide POSTAL shipping method for deliveries outside of the Baltic States.

  • POSTAL - All orders made outside the Baltic States (list of the countries we ship to is listed below) will have the option to select POSTAL shipping method during checkout. When selecting POSTAL shipping method, your order will be delivered to your nearest Postal Office.

Handling.

Once you've placed your order, we'll start the handling process and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Orders usually take around 3 work-days to be shipped out. Shipping takes between 3 - 14 days. More on that below.

Shipping.

Once your order has been shipped out, you'll receive a shipment e-mail containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until you've received them.

Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria.
