Return rules
We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with European Union consumer protection law.
The return period begins on the day the customer receives the order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in unopened original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products (flower seeds and horticultural goods), we reserve the right to refuse returns of items that have been opened, used, sown, damaged, or improperly stored after delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Returns must be requested and approved before sending items back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items and issued to the original payment method without undue delay, in accordance with EU consumer law.
