At Therapy of Flowers, every order is prepared with care — from the moment your seeds are packed to the day they arrive at your door.

We offer thoughtfully arranged delivery across the Baltic States and the European Union, combining reliable logistics with a seamless customer experience.

Order Processing

Each order is carefully packed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey every step of the way.

Please note: During peak planting seasons (February–May), processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand. We recommend ordering early to ensure your seeds arrive in time for planting.

Delivery Within the Baltic States

For customers in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania, we offer flexible and convenient delivery options:

  • OMNIVA Parcel Terminals — A simple and efficient way to receive your order at a time that suits you. Please remember to provide your phone number and select your parcel terminal after checkout.
  • Postal Delivery (via Latvijas Pasts) — Delivered to your nearest post office.

Shipping Rates:

  • Latvia: from 3.65 EUR
  • Estonia & Lithuania: from 6.95 EUR

Delivery is typically completed within up to 7 days after dispatch.

Poland

Orders to Poland are shipped via DPD courier service, ensuring a faster and fully tracked delivery experience. Estimated delivery: 3–7 days after dispatch.

European Union Delivery

Across the European Union, we primarily ship via Latvijas Pasts registered international service.

Shipping rates range from 6.95 to 20.00 EUR, depending on destination. Estimated delivery time: 7–15 days after dispatch.

Each parcel includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey from Latvia to your country.

Plant Health & Customs Information

All seeds sold by Therapy of Flowers are sourced in compliance with EU plant health regulations. For shipments within the EU, no additional phytosanitary certificates are required.

For deliveries outside the EU, please check your country's import regulations for plant material before ordering. Therapy of Flowers cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or seized by customs authorities.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packing every order. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@therapyofflowers.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For further details, please refer to our [Refund Policy].
