At Therapy of Flowers, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

1. Right to return

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of return, please contact us at hello@therapyofflowers.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as received,
  • be in its original, unopened packaging,
  • include proof of purchase.

Because we sell seeds and other gardening goods that may be affected by storage, humidity, sunlight, temperature, handling, or opening of the original packet, we may refuse returns where the item has been opened, used, damaged, or stored improperly after delivery.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened seed packets,
  • items that have been used, sown, damaged, or stored improperly after delivery,
  • custom or made-to-order products,
  • sale items,
  • gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please email us before sending it back.

4. How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • your full name,
  • the item(s) you want to return,
  • the reason for the return,
  • photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Items returned without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

6. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This should be clearly disclosed in advance.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if an item is damaged, please contact us at hello@therapyofflowers.com as soon as possible and include photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • a replacement,
  • a refund, or
  • another suitable resolution.

8. Seed performance and germination

Seed germination and plant performance depend on many factors outside our control, including sowing method, temperature, moisture, light, storage conditions, soil, and timing.

If you believe there is a quality issue with a seed product, please contact us with your order number, the variety name, and details of how the seeds were sown. We review such cases individually and may offer a replacement or another solution where appropriate.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. EU guidance requires reimbursement without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days from being informed of the withdrawal, although the seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order separately.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@therapyofflowers.com and we will try to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
